The Reparenting Program
Have you ever thought
I want to do right by my child, but I don’t know where to begin.
Or maybe you have considered your family as top priority but life and work keep getting in the way of taking a real pause to reflect and grow.
Time is slipping by; you know it would be helpful to have important conversations in safe places but things seem “fine for now.”
Hi, my name is Kim and I am passionate about helping parents change their patterns and operate from a conscious place. You don’t need more information; you need to mobilize your knowledge so that it shows up in your life! Change isn’t big, it’s so much simpler than you think. But you haven’t started because you are caught up in guilt, shame and limiting beliefs such as “it’s too late” or “my child is different” or “this is too far gone”. These limiting beliefs and destructive cycles are preventing you from seeing the child in front of you and seeing the enormous potential that awaits your family. You and your child both have a deep need to feel SEEN.
If that feels true for you, you are in the right place. I’m a trauma-informed certified parent coach and I can’t wait to welcome you into the REPARENTING PROGRAM.
A 10 week group coaching program that honours your strengths and builds new skills helping you be the parent you have always wanted to be.

Q&A
Q: What is the Seen Documentary
A: The Seen Documentary came out of Australia in 2025 and toured the world, bringing both beauty and new awareness into thousands of communities. The Reparenting Program is a collaborative partnership between Seen and Roots & Wings. A holistic and integrative practice that combines the accessibility of the Seen Parenting Course with two additional key elements to fully support the embodiment of this new knowledge: loving accountability and safe spaces for important conversations.
Q: What does reparenting mean?
A: Reparenting is the act of giving ourselves something we didn’t receive from our parents. It is transformation and generational healing. We are meant to evolve and our parents didn’t have the resources or tools we have available today. You can learn how to meet your own emotional needs now, which is an essential piece to meeting your child’s emotional needs.
Q: Do I need to do this program with my partner?
A: No, it only takes one parent to make a change. If your partner is interested in joining, they are most welcome to join you at any point of this journey. Do not force your partner to attend if they are not open.
Q: What if I don’t want to talk about my childhood?
A: You are in control of your healing journey. At no point will you ever be asked to do anything you aren’t comfortable with. This program does apply a reflective practice but you are in charge of your level of participation. There will be invitations to consider but the speed and depth you explore parts of your past is up to you. I take a very honouring approach when it comes to our parents and ancestors. Your power will come from acknowledging this and taking an empowered stance so that you are building a future you are feeling present, connected and coherent in.
Q: What if group coaching is not for me?
A: If you aren’t sure if this is a good fit, text Kim 416-970-4155 to discuss. There are also private coaching options which may feel beneficial before, during or after the group program if personalized support feels supportive. The benefit of group coaching is the program content discussed in a community setting and a lower price point. Private coaching is best if you require high touch and high scheduling flexibility.
