We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order if necessary. If a payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds for Goods

All workshop purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate access to materials and resources provided.

Refunds for Services

We are committed to creating a supportive and valuable experience. At the same time, due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, the following refund policy applies:Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to reach out so we can explore a resolution together.

Consumer Protection Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws apply, they will take precedence over these Terms.
