Private Parent Coaching

Private coaching is an intimate, transformational experience for parents who want to lead their homes with grounded confidence – not perfection – and show up with more presence when it matters most. Together, we’ll explore your patterns with compassion and curiosity, build the emotional safety needed to break generational cycles, and learn how to honour your child’s needs while strengthening your own inner leadership. I teach parents how to create homes rooted in consistency, predictability, and unconditional love, while validating the very real mental load they carry. Through simple, supportive strategies and a renewed mindset, I’ll help you expand your capacity, protect what truly matters, and bring more ease, clarity, and connection into everyday family life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My introductory package is the way most people work with me. This 6 week container is highly personalized and the perfect amount of time to experience real shifts and transformation. During this time, we meet online for a consistent weekly coaching call to reflect on celebrations and work through any barriers and roadblocks so you can reach your parenting goal. Private clients really enjoy the value of text support, assisting you between calls with the loving accountability and focus that you need to recommit to your intentions- in the small moments that really count. If consistency and integration has been difficult for you in the past, this will change the game.

  • Once we have worked together for 6 weeks, you may choose continued support for 6 or 12 months. This is a time to go deeper with your primary parenting goal or sometimes, realign the goal to new experiences. The clients I work with now understand what is available in the coaching containers I hold, and appreciate the depth and empowerment this relationship brings to many aspects of their life. Renewal options are always custom based on the needs of the client and offer an invitation to spread out the coaching calls to bi-weekly or monthly over a longer period of time, with text support in place as a bridge for you to continue tracking and building the momentum that truly impacts your success.

  • I commonly hear this and I want to reassure you that it only takes one parent to make a change. In coaching, we can address the misalignments and even build bridges for you and your partner. At the end of the day, I know you are both trying your best and care deeply for the child/children you are raising. Coaching can teach you how to parent like a leader which means effective relationship skills.

  • My clients often find me after they have read books, listened to podcasts and tried therapy. There is a time and place for all of those but what sets my coaching apart is the personalization. Books and podcasts don't know what your unique child and your unique family needs are. Too much information can cause overwhelm and decision paralysis. My coaching creates a clear step by step path forward. This isn't a program, it is a reflective practice. If you have done therapy in the past or are currently working with a therapist this can be a great compliment to that. Unlike therapists, I can offer personal examples from my life, leveraging the 20 years of experience I have serving families. I can also text you between sessions- which my clients say makes the most difference when it comes to effecting long term change.

  • Honestly, it's because I care about your success and this is the tool I see moving the needle, most often. It consumes a lot of time and energy for me as a coach but it works. Text support means that you can come to me when you feel stuck and we can work through situations as they arise. Has your toddler had 5 meltdowns today and you need to repair? Are you planning a playdate? Is your teenager resisting homework? Are you avoiding the habit that you identified would support you? Clients tell me that it helps being able to share other questions they think of that don't always come up in session. Having a parent coach in your back pocket is the secret ticket for more ease, saving you time and energy. I often use voice notes which clients find incredibly calming and grounding. I will share language scripts in the moment when you can't access the best version of yourself - because it takes a village. Text support also means I know quite well how your week/month is going and I can offer redirection and calibration before things slide off track. Knowing about your progress- both the wins and the struggles saves time during session, less catch up and more impact.

  • I work with all ages but I would say it is most common for parents to come to me when their first born is 3, 7 or 15. These are pivotal developmental leaps that can leave you feeling frustrated, disoriented and defeated. I have also worked with women who don't have children and want to explore inner child healing work to build mental narratives and healthy routines that feel nurturing. This can help prepare you for becoming a mother or nourish our relationship with yourself or your parents in adulthood. I have also worked with aging parents rebuilding relationships with adult children. Parenting is an inside job and the role is lifelong. Please reach out, whatever stage you are in.

  • It can feel like a big step to invest in yourself and your family. This is extra layered in a culture that doesn't teach women that it's okay to ask for help. Making a financial investment is also an energetic commitment to your future. Ask yourself if there is a cost to waiting. I can accommodate payment plans and credit card payments to help it work for your budget and circumstances.

  • Generally no, although if your employer uses GreenShield, I can be utilized through Life Coaching with them via the EAP program.

  • I understand the hesitation here. Coaching is designed to make your life easier but like anything that helps, it takes time. Consider why you are here reading this right now. Life is busy but it won't get less busy. I'm happy to hear about your questions and concerns and encourage you to book a quick call to explore if this is the right fit.

  • I do not need to see, meet or observe your child to impact their behaviour. Child mirror their environments so we work on the environment a child is raised in. You are your child's environment. This can feel like a lot of pressure! It can also feel like an incredible opportunity - it's something you can control!

  • No, it only takes one parent to take the lead. I most often work with mothers who find talking through situations and specific examples helpful. Mothers also enjoy the somatic work and emotional piece of coaching. You are welcome to invite your partner to any coaching call if they are interested. This cannot be forced. In my experience, fathers want the "coles notes" of my strategy and enjoy it when they are just "told what to do". For this purpose, I take notes of our sessions that can be shared easily. Fathers or partners can also be included in text support which is an effective way to be included.

Take the next step toward calmer days & more connected parenting.
